Morrill is a city in Brown County, Kansas, United States. It was founded by T. J. Elliot, who named it in honor of his friend, Kansas governor Edmund Needham Morrill. The population was 277 at the 2000 census. Many people that live in this small community work in Sabetha, 7 miles to the west.
