Red Bank is a city in Hamilton County, Tennessee, United States. The population was 12,418 at the 2000 census. Red Bank is an enclave; its area is completely surrounded by that of Chattanooga. Since April 2007, after the resignation of Mayor Howard Cotter, Joe Glasscock has been at the helm of the commission board. The three city commissioners are Monty Millard, Floyd Pierce, and Ruth Jeno. Meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. at Red Bank City Hall on the first and third Tuesdays of every month.
