Why are there limits on the number of free reports?

One of the key reasons for enforcing limits on free usage is that the free Rentometer tool isn't designed for high volume usage or professional usage.  We have developed Rentometer Pro because that is a more appropriate tool if you are conducting lots of searches and/or are a professional user.

How many Pro Lite reports can I process as a Pro Lite subscriber?

We do not put strict limits on Pro Lite volume because different users have different needs.  However, our Pro Lite accounts are an "interactive, single seat license" which means only one user can use the system at a time and the user has to be a real person (it can't be a script, macro or an other automated process). So we do monitor for that type of activity.  Other than those restrictions, you can run as many reports as you need.  You can review Pro plans here:  https://www.rentometer.com/pro

How can I print my reports to PDF with a windows computer?

There is an easy, fast way to print PDF's from a window's computer with a free plug in called CutePDF.  The link is:  http://www.cutepdf.com/Products/CutePDF/writer.asp.

It's fairly straight forward: download and install CutePDF and then you can select CutePDF as a printer and it will create the PDF.

If you are on a Mac, you can save to a PDF in any print dialog without loading additional software. Look for the "PDF" dropdown menu toward the bottom left of the print dialog.
