Rentometer now offers a rent monitoring service that is designed to track current rental data for a specific geographic boundary (city, county, or state). The new rent monitoring service provides access to detailed listing data that can be used to power market research and analytics applications. The rent monitoring service is currently available for most major cities, counties, and states in the U.S.
- Custom Data
- Charged on a volume basis and delivered in a CSV file on a weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly frequency.
- Rent Monitoring
- Currently available for two primary rental data asset types: “House” data (single family rentals) and “Apartment” data (multi-family rentals).
Pricing
- The cost for each rent monitor file delivered is $0.50 per record with a minimum order of $250.

- Access to the rent monitoring service requires an active PRO Standard subscription.
- Billing for custom solutions occurs within 24 hours of file delivery to the subscriber’s credit card or other payment method on file with Rentometer.
- The rent monitor file and the detailed data are intended to be used for market research, analytics, and other derivative works. The rent monitor file and the detailed data cannot be resold in whole or in part.
How It Works
- Purchase a Rentometer PRO Standard subscription.
- Contact sales@rentometer.com to set up your custom service options and service start date.
- All fees will be billed to the related Rentometer subscription and payment will be collected via the subscription’s current payment method within 24 hours of each file delivery.
