How can I update my credit card information that is on file for my Rentometer Pro subscription?

You can update your credit card information at the sign-up page here: https://www.rentometer.com/pro
Make sure you are logged in, select the “Sign Up” button at the top of the "Pro" column and input your credit card information. Your current Pro subscription credit card information will be updated.

I went to "My Account" but I don't see a place to access the invoice. Can you please give me further instructions?

In the top left hand corner of our homepage, you should see your username and Pro status (if you don't see that, then you may not be logged into your account). If you click on your username, a drop down will be presented and there is a "List Invoice" selection on that drop down. Click on List Invoices and you should see a list of your invoices. Click on the invoice that you want and it will display.

How do I cancel my account?

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. The process for canceling is to send us an email at:  feedback@rentometer.com
