Summary

Over the past year, Rentometer has closely monitored rent prices for three-bedroom (3-BR) single-family rentals (SFRs). To evaluate the impact of these factors on rent prices, Rentometer compiled an analysis of 3-BR SFR rent prices in 426 cities across the U.S. to see how much they have changed since this time last year.
