Over the past year, Rentometer has closely monitored rent prices for three-bedroom (3-BR) single-family rentals (SFRs). Single- family homes are an attractive option for renters looking for more space but want less financial responsibilities than home owners. To evaluate the impact of these factors on rent prices, Rentometer compiled an analysis of 3-BR SFR rent prices in 426 cities across the U.S. to see how much they have changed since this time last year.
