Does Rentometer have a "My Account" section where I can manage my account?

Yes, and we've recently added some user admin features to the “My Account” menu. These features allow users to quickly access information about their Rentometer account as well as manage and update their user name, password, and credit card information. Learn how to navigate the "My Account" section here.

How do I reset my password?

The standard process for resetting a password is:
Go to this link: https://www.rentometer.com/accounts/password/new
Click on "enter your email address"
Click on the "Send me reset password instructions"
This will generate an email to you. Click on the "Change my password" link in the email and then enter the password in the designated space and enter it a second time to confirm it.

How can I update my credit card information that is on file for my Pro Lite or Pro subscription?

You can update your credit card information at the sign-up page here: https://www.rentometer.com/pro
Make sure you are logged in, select the “Sign Up” button at the top of the "Pro" or “Pro Lite” column and input your credit card information. Your current Pro or Pro Lite subscription credit card information will be updated.

How do I log into Rentometer from my phone?

The log in menu is at the top right side of your phone screen represented as three lines. Tap that box with the three lines and the menu will appear. Select the "log in" option and follow the steps from there.

I went to "My Account" but I don't see a place to access the invoice. Can you please give me further instructions?

In the top left hand corner of our homepage, you should see your username and Pro status (if you don't see that, then you may not be logged into your account). If you click on your username, a drop down will be presented and there is a "List Invoice" selection on that drop down. Click on List Invoices and you should see a list of your invoices, click on the invoice that you want and it will display.

How do I cancel my account?

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. The process for canceling is to send us an email at:  feedback@rentometer.com

We have changed our company name and logo and I'm wondering how I can update that info on our report? I didn't see where to do this under "my account" so any assistance is appreciated.
