What inspired you to become a real estate agent, and what continues to motivate you today?
“I have worked in many different industries and I feel that the skills I’ve learned from these various jobs have been brought over into my real estate career. I truly care about the clients and their needs and this shows throughout my work.”

When is the best time/age to invest in real estate?
“As soon as possible. Values are only increasing so take advantage of the market when one is capable.”

What’s the most challenging transaction you’ve worked on, and how did you overcome it?
“I have estate attorneys that refer business to me. The most recent sale had 4 beneficiaries, multiple attorneys, an out-of-state executor, and an uncooperative home occupant. I was able to bring the sale together while managing many different personalities in multiple locations.”
Transactions like this often require far more than simply listing a property. Estate sales can involve legal coordination, emotional family dynamics, logistical challenges, and tight timelines — all while keeping the transaction moving forward. “Investor clients are an integral part of my business.”
