This rental market report looks at how rent prices of three-bedroom (3-BR) single family rentals (SFR) have changed between Q1 2021 and Q1 2022 in these ten Texas cities: Arlington, Austin, Dallas, El Paso, Fort Worth, Houston, Humble, Katy, Lubbock, and San Antonio.
According to our data, year-over-year average rent prices have increased across all cities with Austin seeing the highest increase at 26% and Dallas with the lowest increase at 3%.
Geography: The scope of this analysis is ten cities in the state of Texas.
Property Type: Three-bedroom (3-BR) SFR with all bathroom counts.
Analysis: Rent data was analyzed year-over-year for each city.
