This rental market report highlights the average rent prices of three-bedroom (3-BR) single-family rentals (SFR) for Q4 2022 in these five Texas cities: Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio.

According to our data, Dallas had the largest year-over-year increase of 14% while Fort Worth had the smallest increase of 5%.

Analysis: Rent data was analyzed year-over-year for each city. 

Data: New rents were collected between October 1st and December 31st of 2021 and 2022, excluding outliers below $500 and above $10,000.
