How much does your Rentometer Pro Basic and Standard services cost? How many free reports can I process as a Registered User?

The free report limit is 5 reports every 30 days. You can register for a free account here.

Why are there limits on the number of free reports?

One of the key reasons for enforcing limits on free usage is that the free Rentometer tool isn't designed for high volume usage or professional usage. We have developed Rentometer Pro because that is a more appropriate tool if you are conducting lots of searches and/or are a professional user.

How many Pro reports can I process as a Pro Basic subscriber?

50 PRO Report Credits. You can review Pro plans here.

How many Pro reports can I process as a Pro Standard subscriber?

500 PRO Report Credits.You can review Pro plans here.

How can a Pro Basic subscriber upgrade to a Pro Standard account?

You can upgrade from a Basic account to a Pro Standard account at the sign-up page here. Make sure you are logged in, select the sign up button at the top of the “Pro” column and input your credit card information. If you are upgrading from Basic, your account will be pro rated and any credit will be applied to your new Pro subscription.

I'm trying to figure out the difference between Pro Basic & Pro Standard?

Some of the added benefits of Pro are:
- Report Details: Pro Report includes Building Type, size/s.f., and # of baths
- Filtering: Pro can filter down to most recent 3-months (Pro Lite is 12-months); Pro can also filter by Building Type - apartments only or house/sfr only
- Custom Branding: Pro reports can be branded with your company/firm logo and contact information.
- Pro Analysis: Pro users have access to our Pro Analysis interface which provides additional features like rent comps by neighborhood, rent comps by zip code. The Pro Analysis also combines 1-4 bedroom types on the same report.
